i signed up for free trial and only 3 days later i was charged $100. the company doesnt have a phone number so its been more of a hassle to figure this out.

i need the money back.

i havent once used it, but one day. i even cancelled the membership in the app and it still sends me details and notifications.

Hello, I signed up with Monarch via the 50% discount via Budgetnista, for $47.00. My bank account is not fully synced.

I am periodically receiving emails stating, "You have exceeded your budget for groceries." I try to go in to continue setup and I am unsuccessful because the system does not recognize me as a customer.

Can someone please help me, or cancel my subscription, as I only have one more day for the 7-day free service. Thank you for your prompt assistance.
